Hello! I'm Pam. 
Come on in and make yourself at home.  I'm guessing since you're here you're looking for something.  Maybe you're feeling sluggish or have gained weight.  Maybe you've even lost your drive and sense of purpose. I'm here because I want to share what I've found.  

I know what it feels like to be tired, stressed, overweight, and out of shape, to be in a never-ending flurry of activity but accomplishing little. When I found myself in this condition, I, too, began searching for answers. I read books and magazines, scoured the internet for articles, listened to podcasts, and watched webinars on nutrition, exercise, and healthy living.

I learned to fuel my body, prioritize my schedule, make time for exercise, and turn my problems over to God. As I did, I started to thrive.  The extra pounds fell off, and I was once again healthy, motivated, and full of life.


Now, I'm passionate about helping others find the same health and energy I found. This passion inspired me to earn my certifications as a personal trainer and health coach.

"First off, to God be the Glory! Second, my coach, my mentor, my friend, my sweet, sweet sister in Christ, Pam! I love you to the moon and back! I'm excited to see what the next phase of my journey holds! In looking back, a huge thing I noticed immediately within the first week was that my body did not hurt! That was an enormous thing for me! Also, I noticed the brain foggy feeling left, my energy level increased and my digestion greatly improved! 

The doctor told me I was diabetic and if my sugar levels were not down by the next visit, he was going to put me on meds. So...back to my coach I went. I followed her suggestions and on my next doctor visit, my A1C level had gone down which meant no medicine! My cholesterol was 146!! 

I am 62, and I don't want to run marathons or do gymnastics, I just want to walk without falling, and enjoy the life God has given me! 

Pam, I couldn't have done any of this without you! I realize it had to be my choice, and I had to be the one to carry it out, but without your love, devotion, and encouragement, and don't forget prayers, I wouldn't have made it this far.
